Assignment details: Contract length: 42 weeks Shift length: 7 hour shifts Hours per week: 35 Start Date: ASAP Job responsibilities: Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response. Provide equipment use education at a general level when relevant to therapy safety. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate. Work 35 hours per week with 7-hour shifts. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations.
