• Drive marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention for Samsung's mobile experience offerings
• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote Samsung Care+ services
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and creative services teams
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI

[Duties and Responsibilities]

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Samsung Care+ services, focusing on customer acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing and creative services, to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing efforts
• Partner with MX Marketing to manage and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email
• Optimize product performance by aligning brand strategy with retail channel execution
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve business objectives

[Skills & Qualifications]

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the device protection, technology or mobile industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Samsung products and services (preferred)
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Business analysis capabilities
• Experience with product roadmapping
