Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Manager role based in Wisconsin, United States. The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, including managing financial performance, reviewing key metrics, and supporting sales and service teams in achieving revenue and profitability targets. This role will coordinate sales documentation and financing processes, ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies, and maintain accurate records and reporting. The Business Manager will lead and coach team members, support staffing and scheduling needs, and help foster a customer‑centric, inclusive culture aligned with the Harley-Davidson lifestyle brand. The role will also collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements, optimize inventory and resources, and support marketing and community engagement initiatives. Qualifications Business operations and management skills, including experience overseeing daily operations, budgeting, and financial performance. Sales and customer service capabilities, with a track record of supporting high‑quality, customer‑focused experiences in retail or automotive/motorcycle environments. Financial services or F&I experience (e.g., working with financing, warranties, and related products) is highly preferred. Leadership and people‑management skills, including coaching, team development, performance feedback, and conflict resolution. Strong organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, record‑keeping, and process compliance. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and external partners. Ability to work on-site full time, including some evenings and weekends as needed to support dealership operations and events. Prior experience in a dealership, automotive, powersports, or related retail industry is a plus; familiarity with the Harley-Davidson brand and riding culture is strongly beneficial.
