Clinical Manager - BCBA

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients Administer assessments such as VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming, and EFL Design and implement data collection procedures to track client progress Supervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and Registered Behavior Technicians Conduct fidelity checks and performance reviews Collaborate and communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other service providers Manage client documentation, review data, and submit progress reports to insurance providers Requirements Master's degree in related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification in good standing Three years of experience working with children and/or adults with autism At least 12 units of coursework from an approved BACB course sequence or equivalent experience Two or more years of experience providing staff direction and development in a supervisory role Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA practices and adherence to policies Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing personalized treatment plans and conducting assessments for clients with autism. Proficient in supervising and mentoring staff while ensuring compliance with HIPAA practices and effective communication with families and service providers.
