Journeyman Plumber

*Please note: A resume is required for this position Pay Rate: $38.00 an hour SUMMARY: Maintain all plumbing fixtures, equipment, water supply lines, sanitary lines and gas lines. Plan and perform new plumbing for remodel, expansions, renovations and all plumbing Preventive Maintenance Systems. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform preventative maintenance of all plumbing fixture Perform plumbing duties and inspections Repair sinks, stools, faucets, drains, traps, sumps and filter systems Plan and develop recommendations for renovations and expansions Ensure adherence to Minnesota state codes Estimate costs for projects and expansions Responsible for inventory control and purchasing of plumbing equipment and supplies KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge and Certification Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience State of Minnesota Journeyman's license Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Preferred: Any certificates or license pertaining to this role such as Master Plumber Skills Required: Accurate and detail-oriented Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Strong mechanical aptitude Abilities Required: Ability to work independently
