Site Project Manager

Description: Puget Sound Pipe is a premier wholesale distributor of pipe, valves and fittings in the Pacific Northwest & Alaska. We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to fill the Project Manager position at our Spokane, WA location. Hired candidate will be working onsite at the branch location. There is no relocation assistance available. Coordinate and manage order expediting activities for large projects in the Spokane region. Communicate delivery schedules and updates clearly with customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Retrieve and provide Material Test Reports (MTRs) in support of customer and project requirements. Compile and distribute submittal packages in accordance with project specifications and customer needs. Oversee and manage customer return processes, ensuring efficient resolution and adherence to company procedures. Desired Experience/Skills: Effective organization and prioritization skills. Work independently and as a team member. Ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines. Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds. Excellent communication skills while interacting with both, customers and employees, in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to problem solve and work through stressful situations. Ability to learn and become proficient in basic computer programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as our order entry system.
