NOW HIRING: QUALITY TESTING TECHNICIAN
Modesto, CA | Hire Up Staffing
M-F 730-4pm
$22-$26 DOE

Are you a hands-on technician who enjoys testing, troubleshooting, assembling, and making sure things work exactly as they should?

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Quality Testing Technician for a specialized manufacturing and engineering environment in Modesto. This is a great opportunity for someone with an electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, or technical background who enjoys working with precision equipment and solving problems.
What You'll Do:

Perform quality testing on electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical components and equipment
Troubleshoot equipment and sub-assemblies to identify and resolve issues
Assist with testing, tuning, and verification of specialized equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and work instructions
Perform precision assembly and component installation
Use testing equipment and measurement tools to verify product performance
Document test results and identify quality issues or discrepancies
Work closely with engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot and improve products
Follow safety, quality, and production procedures

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in quality testing, electrical/mechanical assembly, electronics, manufacturing, or engineering support
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
Comfortable reading technical drawings, schematics, or blueprints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to use basic hand tools and testing/measurement equipment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as with an engineering/technical team
Experience with RF, microwave, electronics, or industrial equipment is a plus
Please add assist with assembly as needed
