Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Brand-new program with enormous growth potential Opportunity to help shape workflows, culture, and patient care processes Game-changing initiative within Behavioral Health Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Only 3.5 days worked per week Opportunity to work alongside experienced Behavioral Health leadership and providers Career advancement opportunities as the program continues to expand Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care and behavioral health support to individuals experiencing psychiatric crises Perform nursing assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring Administer medications and monitor patient response to treatment Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts Collaborate closely with Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Therapists, Social Workers, and interdisciplinary staff Support care coordination, discharge planning, and referrals to appropriate community resources Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment for patients and staff Participate in development and implementation of program workflows and best practices Qualifications: Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license required Behavioral Health, Psychiatric, Crisis, Emergency Room, Detox/Substance Use, or Inpatient experience Passion for community mental health and serving vulnerable populations Strong assessment, communication, and crisis management skills Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, evolving environment This is an exceptional opportunity for an RN seeking meaningful work beyond the traditional hospital setting while helping build one of the most innovative behavioral health initiatives in New Jersey. #J-18808-Ljbffr ProSource Talent
