Create and present personalized insurance quotes that reflect individual client goals. Follow up with prospective clients to ensure they have the information needed to make informed decisions. Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure seamless service throughout the policy lifecycle. Support the office in community engagement efforts to strengthen our local presence. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on policy changes and industry trends. Requirements Active Property & Casualty Insurance license for the state of Michigan. Valid Life & Health insurance license or the willingness to obtain one quickly. At least two years of previous sales or customer service experience. Strong computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple digital systems simultaneously. Clear, empathetic communication skills, both over the phone and in person. High school diploma or equivalent.
