Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential grant opportunities that align with our mission and programs.
• Develop and write compelling grant proposals and narratives that effectively communicate our goals and impact.
• Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary data and insights for proposal development.
• Maintain organized records of grant applications, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
• Assist in monitoring grant compliance and prepare follow-up reports as required by funders.
• Engage in ongoing efforts to refine and enhance our grant writing process.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in grant writing or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of grant-making organizations and funding sources, particularly in the nonprofit sector.
