- Patient volume: Under 12 patients per day

Mentorship & Professional Development:JVPT is a teaching practice by design. Professional development is part of your workweek- not something you squeeze in to meet your CEU requirements:
- 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks
- Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor
- Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)
- Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles
- In-house Orthopedic Residency , Dry Needling (Level I & II) , and COMT pathways
- Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)

Specialty services include orthopedics, sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular, TMJ, aquatic therapy, hand and upper extremity therapy, dry needling, and more.
