You’ll act as the primary link between our US-based users and our global product teams, driving customer success and ensuring our tools deliver maximum value to the scientific community. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by travel and excited to visit clients regularly — you'll be on the ground, building relationships, understanding their workflows, and making sure our solutions hit the mark. If you're motivated by impact and ready to hit the road (and the lab), we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Lead high-impact product demos and onboarding. Drive customer success by frequently visiting pharma and academic labs,and partnering with Product & Engineering to make sure our solutions truly deliver. Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying user needs, emerging market trends, and technical feasibility. Stay up-to-date on computational biology advancements. Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD’s degree in Biological Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computer Science or related fields with special interest in computational biology. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management. Ability to lead in-person and online training sessions. Available to work on-site at our San Diego office. Knowledge of single-cell and spatial is a plus but not mandatory. We Offer USD 55,000 – USD 150,000 per year.
