Patient Safety & Screening Associate (Night Shift)

Foundation Health Partners

Foundation Health Partners is seeking personnel to screen patients and visitors at entry, conduct temperature checks, and provide safety monitoring under RN direction. The role supports patient flow and infection control across the hospital environment. Responsibilities include greeting patients, distributing items, transporting patients as needed, and maintaining equipment sanitation. A high school diploma and BLS certification are required, with ongoing safety and customer service #J-18808-Ljbffr
