We have a sincere drive toward the goal of helping make fire and water damage Like it never even happened!/ppPrimary Responsibilities/pulliManage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews/liliCommunicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities/liliCoordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control, this is a labor intensive position/liliIdentify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times./liliDocument a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided/liliManage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly./li/ulpPosition Requirements/pulliEffective written and oral communication with basic math and computer skills needed/liliExperience in cleaning/restoration preferred/liliHigh school diploma/GED/liliIICRC certifications preferred/liliValid drivers license/liliAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance/liliAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)/liliAbility to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time/liliAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects/liliAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals/liliAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessary/liliAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law/li/ulpPay Rate Starts at $18-20/hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit./p/div
