Hand Weaver – Production & Assembly

Aerospace & Defense Industry | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Choose the shift that works best for you:

1st Shift Options:

• Mon–Fri: 7:00am–3:30pm
• Mon–Thurs: 5:00am–3:30pm
• Mon–Thurs: 6:00am–4:30pm
• Mon–Thurs: 7:00am–4:00pm + Fri: 7:00am–1:00pm

2nd Shift:

• Mon–Fri: 3:30pm–1:30am

• Perform hands-on production and mechanical assembly of high-quality components
• Complete detailed hand weaving tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Follow clear work instructions to ensure precision and quality standards
• Collaborate in small teams (2–3 people) within a larger, friendly production group
• Assist with packaging and general production tasks as needed
• Keep your workspace clean and organized in a modern manufacturing environment

• You enjoy repetitive, detail-focused work and take pride in doing it right
• You’re comfortable being on your feet for most of your shift (8–10 hours)
• You have a positive attitude and work well in a team setting
• You’re reliable, punctual, and ready to learn new skills
• Experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing is a plus—but not required

• Hand tools or mechanical assembly
• Cleanroom or precision manufacturing environments
• Aerospace, defense, or similar industries

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saco, ME.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Saco,ME.
