License/Certs: BLS and ACLS required

Experience: 2+ years Cardiac ICU experience preferred

Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:1-2

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care to cardiac ICU patients, including those on vents, Swan-Ganz catheters, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Administer conscious sedation and IV starts
• Utilize advanced telemetry and monitoring systems
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
• Document all patient care activities accurately using Epic electronic health records

What You Need

• Active Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with telemetry, vents, IV starts, and EPIC EMR
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience with balloon pumps, Swan-Ganz catheters, and conscious sedation
