Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior JAVA Developer to join our team in Washington. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ and includes accommodation for non-local candidates. Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain complex JAVA applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best quality solutions. Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure optimal performance. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to JAVA development. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in JAVA development. Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming principles and design patterns. Proficiency in Java EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate and web services (REST/SOAP). Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with database design and SQL queries. Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. Good communication skills both written and verbal.
