A home health care organization located in King County, WA is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team full-time! Check out the details below: Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Setting: Home Health Location: Bellevue & Medina, WA / King County Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday; on-call as assigned Pay and benefits: $50-$62/hr DOE + mileage reimbursement; medical, dental, vision & life insurance, 401(k) match, 16 days PTO + holidays, paid sick leave & more Company overview: Family-focused home health organization providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes throughout King County. Job Description: Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician orders and individualized plans of care. Complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments and develop/revise plans of care. Monitor patient conditions, communicate changes to physicians and coordinate needed services. Educate patients and families regarding care, treatment and health needs. Complete clinical documentation, OASIS assessments and required Medicare documentation. Coordinate care with PT, OT, SLP, social workers and other healthcare professionals. Supervise and provide guidance to LPNs and CNAs as assigned. Participate in patient care conferences and quality improvement activities. Requirements: Current Washington State RN license. 1+ year of nursing experience preferred. Home health experience preferred. Ability to travel throughout assigned areas of King County. Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle. #J-18808-Ljbffr
