What Success Looks Like in This Role

As a Sales Associate, you will:

Build trust and long-term relationships with customers

Guide customers from first contact to vehicle delivery

Confidently present vehicles, features, and finance options

Conduct professional test drives and demonstrations

Work closely with Sales Managers and F&I to close deals

Generate leads online, over the phone, and in person

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Deliver an exceptional customer experience, every time
