Tablet for data collection and toys/materials for client engagement 401K with matching Federal Holidays Off Mileage reimbursement & Travel Time Pay (per policy) Case matching: 1-2 regularly assigned clients with whom you can build rapport with over time Supportive Environment with Ongoing Training and BCBAs with smaller/limited caseloads About the ABA / BT Position: Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism (ASD). Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location. Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable). Qualifications of an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician Must have reliable, personal transportation Must have a Driver's License Must have High School Diploma/GED Must be able to work at least 10 hours per week (mostly afterschool hours between 3-8 PM) Some Saturday availability is preferred but not required.
