We are seeking a full-time General Dentist for the following established schedule:

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Join a busy, established dental practice in Medford, New York, where you'll have the opportunity to step into an existing patient base and become an important part of the practice's continued growth.

This 6-operatory practice typically has one to two General Dentists working each day and is supported by two full-time Registered Dental Hygienists, providing consistent hygiene-driven patient flow and opportunities for comprehensive treatment.

The practice is equipped with modern dental technology, including TRIOS digital scanning and CBCT imaging, digital clinical workflows.

We are seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our Medford practice as part of the office's continued growth and long-term provider planning.

The practice is prepared to hire immediately, giving the incoming dentist an opportunity to establish relationships with patients and the clinical team before an existing provider begins maternity leave in March 2027.

This is intended to be a long-term position rather than solely maternity coverage. The practice has been planning to add another General Dentist regardless of the existing provider's eventual return.

Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care.

Perform comprehensive examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and recommendations to patients.

Collaborate closely with the hygiene team to identify treatment needs and maintain continuity of care.

Utilize CBCT imaging and TRIOS digital scanning to enhance diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education.

Provide a broad scope of general dentistry based on the provider's training and clinical experience.

Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation.

Build lasting relationships with patients through excellent communication and compassionate care.

Maintain high standards of clinical quality, professionalism, ethics, and patient safety.

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Active New York dental license in good standing or eligibility to obtain one.

Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment-planning skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multi-provider practice.
