Purchasing Planner - Rotors

Optimize supplier capacity to meet business goals through strategic capacity modeling Maintain accurate ERP data and manage supplier relationships to balance capacity utilization effectively Create purchasing capacity models and align with demand planning Lead communication across teams Manage relationships with suppliers and local/global supply teams to support execution Ensure capacity optimization to support business objectives by identifying action plans to mitigate under/overutilized capacity Requirements 5+ years of experience in manufacturing / supply chain Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college 2+ years of experience specifically in material planning / scheduling function Proven capability with materials management disciplines including S&OP Ability to lead, manage and communicate with all levels of the business Inclusive leadership style, proven ability to build a connection with the team APICS certifications (CPIM and/or CSCP) Global experience working with cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to use lean tools for continuous improvement Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple priorities, act independently, and use sound judgment Ability to successfully motivate and maintain high integrity, employee involvement, safety and teamwork Change agent with energy, passion and enthusiasm ERP systems experience (SAP(PMx), Baan, Oracle (Zeal)) in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of the manufacturing processes #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
