As RVP Operations, you’ll oversee the P&L across multiple markets, driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and an outstanding patient experience. You’ll work closely with senior executives, corporate teams, physicians, and clinic leaders as a key member of our leadership team. What You’ll Do Own the region’s P&L, building and executing business plans that grow revenue, improve efficiency, and strengthen profitability across multiple markets. Shape local market strategies that give our clinics a competitive edge. Raise the bar on patient experience and clinical outcomes, using lab data and patient feedback to guide improvements. Oversee clinic and lab performance, holding teams accountable to budgets, service decisions, and standardization initiatives. Build strong relationships with physicians, staff, referring practices, community partners, and company leadership, and support regional marketing goals. Recruit, develop, and support physicians and clinic leaders, building a positive, collaborative culture and making sure teams have the training resources they need. Lead physician and management governance meetings, keeping operations compliant with regulations and industry best practices. Partner with Revenue Cycle, Clinical, Marketing, HR, Accounting, and IT to keep operations aligned, and resolve issues involving physicians, patients, and clinic leadership. What You’ll Bring Required skills: 5+ years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare office setting, multi-site strongly preferred Proven healthcare leadership experience with strong P&L responsibility A track record of growing clinic volume, quality, patient and employee experience, and revenue Success developing and executing business strategies that drive growth Strong ability to analyze financial reports and operational metrics to make data-driven decisions Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, including HIPAA, OSHA, and FDA Solid understanding of insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility, clinical policies, expense management, and revenue growth A collaborative leadership style, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for improving patient care and operational and employee excellence Ability to travel frequently across the region Preferred skills: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent Experience with clinic operations, marketing and strategic planning What we offer you: Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans for our full-time employees, along with complimentary basic life insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and long-term disability insurance.
