THORNTON CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM Red Lion, PA NOW HIRING: SERVICE ADVISOR Thornton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Red Lion, PA is seeking a full-time experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. SCHEDULE Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Every third Saturday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and by phone Listen to and accurately document customer concerns and vehicle service needs Prepare detailed, accurate repair orders and communicate estimated costs and timelines Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and technician inspection results Communicate with technicians to track repair status and manage workflow Provide timely updates to customers throughout the service process Review completed repair orders for accuracy prior to customer pickup Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Maintain a strong working knowledge of Mopar/Stellantis products and services QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience as a service advisor or in a dealership service environment preferred, but not mandatory Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic automotive knowledge; and dealership management system experience a plus Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude WHAT WE OFFER Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match A supportive team environment with opportunities for growth Thornton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Thornton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
