An MRA Member is looking for a Billing Manager in the Greater Waukesha area. Compensation: $95k-$105k annually. Make an Impact We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Manager to help ensure accurate, timely billing while delivering outstanding service to both customers and internal teams. What You'll Do

• Review supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy
• Generate and process contract OTR trucking invoices in a timely manner
• Serve as primary point of contact for trucking brokerage billing questions, escalations, and problem resolution
• Reconcile payments, account balances, and billing records
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies with customers and internal departments
• Create customer orders and quotes, review tickets for accuracy, and support sales administration activities
• Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collection follow-up as directed
• Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation
• Prepare reports and documentation for month-end and audit activities
• Provide administrative support across multiple business functions
• Cross-train to provide operational support as business needs require

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounting, customer service, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and business software systems
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the broader team

Working Environment

• Primarily office-based with occasional exposure to operational or industrial environments
• Schedule flexibility may occasionally be required based on business needs
• Occasional travel between company locations may be required

Physical Requirements This position requires extended periods of sitting with occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be able to analyze information, make sound decisions, communicate effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
