Outside Sales Representative

Canopy Land Solutions is a growing landscaping company serving residential and commercial clients. We're expanding our sales team and looking for motivated college students to help us scale. Job Description We're hiring Outside Sales Representatives to meet with potential clients, assess properties, and generate quotes for landscaping services. This is a field role — you'll be visiting homes and businesses, building relationships, and closing high-ticket deals. Warm leads are provided; no cold calling required. ✅ Meet with prospective clients at their property Assess landscaping needs and prepare accurate quotes Follow up with leads and close deals Represent Canopy Land Solutions professionally in the field Maintain records of quotes, conversations, and follow-ups Qualifications Currently enrolled in college, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field ️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, coachable, and reliable Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ☀️ Must be able to work outdoors and walk properties Sales experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person $30 base pay per qualified quote → Equivalent to $30 an hour just to meet with customers and handle the quoting process. Commission is given out on top of this base rate if you close the customer. 15-30% of profit depending on ticket size. $10k+ ticket items in potential.
