Crucial Link is hiring for a General Laborer in Brook Park

Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Brook Park
Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm., 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $17/hr to start, eligible for raise after 30 days of consistent on-time arrival and meeting skill

requirements.

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and a Nationwide Background Check

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic hand tool/power tool experience to grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble parts using air tools, power tools, and hand tools.
Read and interpret basic instructions
Assist in material prep, fitting, and assembly
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools and power tools
Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
