Forklift Operator Position, I

Pay & Shift:

All shifts available
Pay - $22.00 to $23.50/hour.

Job Type & Location:

This is a permanent position based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $52,000.00/yr. Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, PTO, Profit Sharing, Monthly.

Workplace Type:

This is a fully onsite position in Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Description:

Ensure all units are banded properly and have a clear visible load tag.
Stage units in the warehouse and load/unload trailers efficiently.
Perform a visual quality inspection on items and verify truck counts.
Ensure that all paperwork is accurate.
Follow all safety and company policies, reporting any issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.
Complete online safety training each month as assigned.
Maintain regular and exemplary attendance.
Read the Wet End run schedule and prepare the correct rolls for coming paper grades.
Drive and handle rolls safely according to company rules and training.
Assist operators in peeling and prepping damaged rolls.
Ensure butt rolls are properly prepped for return to the roll room.
