Full time/short term nanny in Chicago

A Chicago 60611 family is seeking a nurturing, reliable, and engaging full-time nanny to care for their sweet one-year-old child. This is a wonderful opportunity for a caregiver who enjoys creating meaningful connections, encouraging early development, and exploring the city with a curious toddler. 4-6 month commitment needed.


Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care throughout the day
• Support feeding, naps, and age-appropriate developmental activities
• Plan engaging indoor and outdoor experiences, including neighborhood outings and playtime
• Encourage learning, exploration, and social development through play
• Assist with light household tasks related to the child, including meal preparation, children's laundry, and tidying play areas

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience caring for infants and toddlers
• Patient, energetic, and dependable caregiver
• Creative and proactive in planning activities that support growth and development
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Multilingual abilities or musical talents are a bonus, but not required
• No driving responsibilities required

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay of $23+ per hour, based on experience
