Responsibilities Collaborate with Treatment Teams : Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Technicians, and family members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Implement Behavior Interventions : Utilize ABA principles and strategies to increase desired behaviors, reduce problem behaviors, and promote social and communication skills. Collect and Record Data : Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions. Maintain a Safe and Organized Environment : Ensure a safe, organized, and therapeutic environment for clients, families, and staff. Communicate Effectively : Communicate effectively with clients, families, and treatment team members to ensure seamless transitions and informed decision-making.
