Staff RN - Cardiovascular Intermediate, Nights

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act, and participating in process improvements. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization. Minimum qualifications include an Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN within five years of employment. The position is scheduled for night shifts, with 36 hours weekly in the Cardiovascular Unit 1.
