Position Details Inpatient OBGYN - benefited part-time
• Employed position
• 10 - 24-hour shifts per month
o10 on-site hour requirement
oNo Outpatient
oRounding covers consults, deliveries, admissions.
• Work in conjunction with Independent OB Group
• Call 1:4 with addition of Laborist
oOn-call physician responsible for ER admissions & transfers
• Experienced OB department
oSeasoned nurses with 10+ yrs of obstetric care
• Focus on teamwork, excellent culture.
• V-Backs are provided.
• C-sections done in the OR
oOR team available 24/7
• Average of 50 deliveries per month
• 24/7 Pediatric & Cardiology coverage
oFull-time pediatric cardiologist on-site
• Teaching affiliation with Michigan State University
oMedical Students and Family Practice Residents
oResidents on site in OB 24/7
• Level IIIA NICU is staffed by 3 Neonatologists and 3 APPs.
oMobile transport team
