Digital Designer

We are looking for a Digital Designer to join a wholesale distribution organization in Norwalk, Connecticut. This permanent role is ideal for a creative individual who can produce high-quality digital assets, contribute to UX/UI-focused experiences, and support marketing initiatives with thoughtful, performance-oriented design. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams while shaping engaging visual content for web, mobile, and campaign channels.Responsibilities:• Create digital marketing assets that align with brand standards while introducing fresh visual ideas that strengthen audience engagement.• Design user-centered web and mobile experiences in partnership with marketing, product, and web teams to improve usability and conversion performance.• Produce a range of creative deliverables for digital campaigns, including graphics for ecommerce, promotional materials, and online content.• Develop motion-based creative such as short videos, animated elements, and other dynamic assets when needed to support campaign goals.• Use campaign results, user behavior data, and testing insights to refine design work and improve overall effectiveness.• Manage several design projects at once, balancing deadlines, quality expectations, and stakeholder communication throughout each stage of production.• Monitor changes in digital design, customer expectations, and competitive activity to bring relevant ideas and innovation into the brand’s creative output.
