Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced senior  Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee one or more projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project planning, resource management, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination skills. Experience managing cybersecurity projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects to ensure successful delivery within established timelines, budgets, and scope.

• Team Management: Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, coordinate activities, and monitor team performance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Schedule and Budget Management: Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.

• Resource Management: Identify project resource requirements and work with management to secure the necessary personnel and resources.

• Project Monitoring: Track project progress, workload, risks, issues, and dependencies. Develop mitigation plans to address potential delays or challenges.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and functional areas requesting project services.

• Communication and Reporting: Provide regular project status updates, maintain project documentation, and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.

• Project Governance: Ensure compliance with established project management processes, standards, reporting requirements, and documentation practices.

• Agile Project Management: Support Agile project delivery practices, including sprint planning, progress tracking, team coordination, and continuous improvement, as applicable.

• Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and scope changes to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Cybersecurity Projects: Support or manage cybersecurity-related initiatives, including security improvements, risk mitigation, compliance, or infrastructure security projects, as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience managing projects from initiation through completion.

• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Ability to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, CA Clarity Portfolio Management, or Azure DevOps.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices.

• Experience preparing project status reports, maintaining documentation, and tracking milestones and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects.

• Familiarity with CA Clarity Portfolio Management, MS Project, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.

• Experience working in Agile project environments.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity initiatives, risk management, security compliance, or vulnerability remediation projects.

The Project Manager will work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders in a collaborative project environment, using project management tools and methodologies to coordinate activities, track progress, manage resources, and achieve project objectives.
