Project Manager III

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Project Manager III in Las Vegas, NV to support and grow commercial mechanical operations across the region.
- Deliver commercial mechanical projects on time and on budget.
- Protect margin through accurate forecasting, change management, and cost control.
- Build trust with general contractors, owners, and engineers.
- Coach project engineers, coordinators, and field leaders. Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial HVAC, plumbing, or piping projects from buyout through closeout.
- Own schedule, budget, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and trade partners.
- Lead weekly OAC meetings with owners, architects, and GCs.
- Review subcontractor and vendor invoices and approve pay applications.
- Forecast cost-to-complete monthly and flag risks early.
- Enforce safety, quality, and contractual compliance.
- Mentor APMs and project engineers. Compensation and Logistics:
