Job Description: Niktor LLC is actively recruiting a compassionate Hospice Primary Registered Nurse for a 12-week travel contract with the prestigious HopeWest Hospice in Grand Junction, CO. This is a premier "lifestyle contract" offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule in one of Colorado’s most beautiful regions. Financials & Top-Tier Perks:

Weekly Gross Pay: $2,000.00 (40 hours guaranteed)
Tax-Free Stipends: $1,085.00/week (Maximized for Grand Junction)
Hourly Blended Rate: $50.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $500.00
Mileage Reimbursement: Standard IRS rates for all patient-related travel.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No regular weekends!)

Position Details:

Location: Grand Junction, CO 81506
Facility: HopeWest Hospice (Field-based / Home Hospice)
Contract Length: 12 Weeks
Start Date: Approximately 2 weeks from offer acceptance.
Setting: Patients' private residences, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Hospice or Home Health RN experience.
License: Active Colorado RN License (Must be obtained upon acceptance; Niktor provides licensing guidance).
Skills: Excellence in symptom management, clinical assessment, and interdisciplinary team leadership.
Reliability: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for field visits.
