Production Packaging Operator

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Packaging Operations team, where you will contribute to the production of essential healthcare solutions. In this role, you will focus on the packaging of Arista™ AH Absorbable Hemostatic Powder, maintaining rigorous safety and quality benchmarks. This position is based on the second shift and includes full training, offering you a chance to grow your professional skills within a collaborative and high-energy workplace. Core Responsibilities Ensure clinical and commercial products are labeled and packaged with high precision to support timely delivery. Follow established protocols and quality guidelines to help maintain consistent product compliance. Document device history, batch records, and inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking. Perform inspections during the packaging process to identify and remove any defective components. Contribute to a safer workplace by participating in daily safety briefings and conducting inventory audits. Utilize basic math skills to accurately complete necessary batch record documentation. Sanitize packaging equipment and workstations to help uphold our high hygiene and safety standards. Follow all established protocols regarding PPE, contamination prevention, and the management of hazardous materials. Show adaptability by adjusting to shift changes and supporting overtime requirements when necessary. Qualifications Completion of High School Diploma or GED. At least six months of professional work experience. High level of accuracy in documentation and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a cohesive team. Proficiency in basic computer tasks and fundamental mathematical operations. Availability for second shift hours (2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.), including an initial four-week training period on the first shift (6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.) and the capacity for overtime. Preferred Qualifications Background in regulated manufacturing or packaging environments. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
