Position Overview:

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 0.8 FTE Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team at Smokey Point Medical Center in Marysville, Washington.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health-or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
• This is non-paneled position to support patient access for Primary Care.
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.
• In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $148,183 to $174,333 (this location is eligible for a location-based incentive, the salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)

New Hire Incentives:

• Required: Physician Assistant Degree
• Required: NCCPA Certified (PA-C)
• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
