Job Summary:

Village Caregiving is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the position of In-home Caregiver in Glasgow, KY at their branch in Bowling Green. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical job that will involve providing care and assistance to clients in their homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of clients while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily living activities including mobility, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor client's health as directed by a healthcare professional
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Accompany clients to appointments or activities as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document and report any significant changes in client's health status

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Physical ability to perform duties such as lifting and transferring clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
