This individual will partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to define clear requirements, streamline collaboration, and ensure the full product lifecycle aligns with Agile best practices. The role requires someone who can influence without authority, drive process consistency, and translate complex business needs into actionable work for technical teams. The ideal candidate brings experience in both enterprisescale organizations and fastpaced startup settings, with strong communication skills, a deliveryoriented mindset, and the ability to guide teams through Agile transformation.
