We are seeking a full-time Ophthalmic Technician/Scribe to join this patient-focused practice. If you are eager to learn, love to help others, and want to be part of a close-knit, supportive team for a long-term position, we'd love to meet you — even if you have no ophthalmology experience!
What You'll Do:
Work side-by-side with the doctors, acting as their clinical assistant and scribe during patient visits
Gather and document patient histories, perform preliminary eye tests, and support patient care
Learn new skills and clinical techniques on the job—no prior ophthalmology experience required
Float between the Havertown and Media offices as needed (sometimes both in one day)
Work most shifts from 8am–5pm Monday–Friday, with one evening shift (12–8pm) per week

Bright, quick-thinking, and eager to learn
Reliable and ready to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
Flexible with your schedule and work location
Genuinely interested in healthcare and supporting patient care
Looking for a position where you can grow and stay for several years
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting salary: $19+ per hour (higher for experienced candidates)
