• Participate in specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Keep detailed records of all procedures, guide new staff or interns, and assist in maintaining the highest lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while strictly adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your tenure in the position.
