Responsibilities: Provide attentive, compassionate daily care for infants including feeding, diapering, and soothing Support lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote infant development Maintain a clean, safe, and organized infant classroom environment Communicate openly and professionally with parents and guardians during drop-off and pick-up Follow all childcare health, safety, and licensing regulations and protocols Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred Previous experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare or daycare setting Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification Must pass required background check and meet DCFS licensing requirements Patient, dependable, and genuinely passionate Strong communication and teamwork skills About Us: Haven For Tots Daycare & Preschool has been a trusted name in early childhood education in the Oak Lawn, IL community, providing families with a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for their little ones.
