Career Strategies is hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities throughout San Diego County.
We’re seeking experienced technicians who take pride in their work, thrive in a team environment, and are willing to assist with groundskeeping and general property upkeep when needed.
Ideal candidates have experience with apartment turns, completing work orders, and maintaining a safe and well-kept community. If you’re dependable, versatile, and ready to make an immediate impact, we’d love to connect with you.
What You'll Do
- Complete apartment turns and resident service requests
- Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections
- Assist with groundskeeping, curb appeal, and general community upkeep
- Support the maintenance team with daily property operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Must have personal hand tools and reliable transportation
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
