Traffic Controller

Job Overview We are currently seeking a Traffic Controller to join our team. 1st Class Parking is a fast‑growing valet parking company with over 15 years of experience, providing services to high‑end hotels, condominiums, and special events in the Miami tri‑county area. Job Location Bay Harbor Dr – Bay Harbor Dr, FL 3315 Responsibilities Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to designated valet drop‑off and pickup zones. Monitor and regulate traffic patterns to prevent congestion and ensure safety for guests and pedestrians. Collaborate closely with valet staff to facilitate smooth operations and timely vehicle retrieval. Greet residents and guests professionally, providing clear instructions and assistance related to valet services. Set up and remove cones, barricades, signage, and safety equipment as necessary to direct traffic flow. Maintain ongoing communication with the Valet Manager and supervisors via radio or direct communication. Observe surroundings for potential hazards or obstructions and report incidents or unsafe conditions promptly. Assist in managing traffic during special events or periods of high guest volume. Remain alert, approachable, and professional at all times to support guest and resident satisfaction. Uphold the company's professional image with discretion and integrity. Provide support for valet services operations as needed. Schedule Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm Qualifications Maintain a professional and clean appearance. Be punctual and reliable. Must be at least 18 years old. Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus). Valid Florida Driver’s License. Clean driving record. Ability to drive manual (stick shift) vehicles (preferred).
