*Qualifications: *

* 1-2 years of medical administration experience
* Experience handling patient check in/insurance verification
* EMR knowledge
* Excellent communication skills
*Description*

* Check people in as they enter the facility
* Verifying Insurance
* Answer incoming calls and directing callers to proper departments
* Collect co-pays from patients
* Assist with putting together reports and memos as needed
* Provide a positive experience for everyone entering facility
* Responding back to messages left by customers
* Assesses a high volume of incoming calls and requests
* Schedules appointments including but not limited to physicals, office visits, consults, Hospital follow ups and CDL exams for 100+ multi-specialty physicians and other medical professionals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, NY.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
