Project Manager II - Inlet

Project Manager – Water Treatment At Ovivo, the Project Manager role offers the opportunity to expand skills while collaborating with experts in water treatment. You will coordinate day-to-day activities of assigned projects, manage internal launches, scheduling, and interface with customers and internal teams such as sales, marketing, contracting, engineering, purchasing, and finance. The role is based in our Salt Lake City, UT office and includes a hybrid working environment. The position requires up to 20% travel. Responsibilities Work within a cross-functional team with Engineering and Marketing to execute assigned projects. Work with internal engineering staff to provide specifications, specification reviews, general arrangement drawings, technical data, and other sales aid materials for customer support. Coordinate the overall profit and loss schedules for each project’s deliverables. Create procurement schedules, deliverables lists and work breakdown schedules. Facilitate project booking, design, development, delivery, completion, and profitability of assigned projects. Monitor project schedules and communicate them with customers and various internal departments. Participate in equipment start-up and provide technical training. Recommend product improvements and standardizations. Recommend improvements to overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Prepare accounting documents on progress and finalize invoicing. Evaluate and manage warranty claims. Maintain CRM assets and warranty cases. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 4+ years of directly applicable technical experience. Professional Engineering License a plus. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex industry-related technical documents. Ability to identify areas of risk on a project and develop mitigation strategies. Excellent technical communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to deliver presentations. Mechanically inclined person preferred in heavy industrial equipment. Ability to work independently and reliably. Knowledge of principles of Project Management. Preferred knowledge of Screening Equipment and Municipal/Industrial Water and Wastewater systems. Preferred knowledge of basic control systems such as VFDs, PLCs, and Motor Control. Benefits Hybrid working – work between the office and remotely. Medical, Dental and Vision benefits. 401(k) Match.
