Key Responsibilities of the RN - Neonatal ICU

• Provide specialized nursing care in a high acuity NICU setting
• Manage critical care interventions including vasoactive drip titration
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain and operate medical equipment such as ventilators and Alaris pumps
• Assist in bedside procedures alongside healthcare providers

Requirements of the RN - Neonatal ICU

• Valid RN license with BLS and NRP certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 3 or Level 4 NICU
• Experience with EPIC, EVDs, and critical care management
