RN Supervisor & Educator Evenings

The Moments is a 92‑suite memory care community located in Lakeville, Minnesota. The RN Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring and enhancing the quality of clinical care during evening hours by supervising, training, and mentoring LPNs and CNAs. This position combines supervisory responsibilities with a focus on education, clinical oversight, and collaboration across the caregiving team. Responsibilities Monitor resident charts and nursing notes. Fill medications for administration by LPNs and CNAs and review new medications from the pharmacy; ensure full compliance with medication procedures. Supervise medication practices and the use of medical equipment by residents. Communicate with physicians and other personnel regarding changes in residents’ needs or conditions. Directly supervise LPNs’ and CNA’s shift performance. Participate in the rotation of Manager on Duty responsibilities, one weekend day per month. Maintain on‑call status as required. Support site leadership and adhere to all performance, confidentiality, and professional standards. Assist with orientation and training of new nursing personnel. Educate staff as necessary. Good organizational skills and ability to work independently. Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude and encourage others to do the same. Ability to manage several concurrent assignments and prioritize workload accordingly. Ability to work with diverse teams and adjust communication style. EHR and computer skills; experience with PointClick Care is a plus. Other Requirements Must be licensed in Minnesota as an RN and maintain current, unencumbered licensure. Must have a “not disqualified” criminal background result from the Department of Human Services and not be on the OIG exclusions list. Must be screened for TB. Employment Details Full‑time evenings.
