Prodigy Management Group is hiring Entry-Level Account Representatives to join our expanding team in the Greater Portland area! We partner with industry-leading telecommunications brands to deliver cutting-edge internet, mobile, and connectivity solutions to business and consumer clients.

Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, restaurant service, customer service, or athletics , we value your communication skills, coachability, and work ethic above all else. No prior sales experience required—we provide 100% paid training from Day 1.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Business Growth: Act as the direct face of top-tier telecom brands, delivering engaging product demonstrations and face-to-face sales presentations.
• Manage Customer Accounts: Consult with potential clients to evaluate their technology needs and match them with personalized telecom packages, promotions, and upgrades.
• Work in a Team Environment: Participate in daily team huddles, sales competitions, and strategic campaign planning to meet both individual and team revenue targets.
• Develop Leadership Skills: Engage in ongoing professional development covering solution selling, negotiations, client management, and team leadership.
